D.Beaver And Combinations - 1973 Combinations
'Combinations' is one of my 'Deserted Island' albums and for those who think American rock from the early 70's is either ham-fisted or blue jean dull (a fair complaint), you need to give this record a spin.

Jamison, Jimi - 2008 Crossroads Moment
In fewer words, the album's sound can be placed somewhere between Survivor and Pride Of Lions, something completely reasonable if one takes into account the individual and identifiable musical signature of Jim Peterik who is behind the compositions of 'Crossroads Moment'.

Jamison, Jimi - 2012 Never Too Late
The former Cobra and Survivor lead singer is admired within the melodic rock scene, so it's always a big event in our ever-marginalised AOR genre when Jimi releases a new album, 2012's 'Never Too Late' is a case in point.

Jimi Jamison And Jim Peterik - 2010 Extra Moments
No doubt for many Jamison fans, this would make the ideal companion piece to the 'Crossroads Moments' CD, and completes the picture on a productive session between these two Survivor greats.

Jimi Jamisons Survivor - 1999 Empires
In the 70's when the band Survivor split into two factions, one of them was Jimi Jamison's Survivor. this is their one-off album 'Empires'..

Kimball Jamison - 2011 Kimball Jamison
It was kinda inevitable that two of the great voices of AOR would eventually combine for a dual effort. Incredibly it's taken them nearly three decades to join forces, on what is 80's styled AOR within a modern setting, predictably delivered with few surprises.. just what all the regulars would expect to hear from the pair.

Target - 1976 Target
Musically Target should hit most of the right buttons for Southern rock fans with a hard rockin' mixture of Point Blank and Hydra influences peppered with pop.

Target - 1977 Captured
Before his ascent into AOR megastardom with Survivior, Jimi Jamison cut his teeth with Memphis based rock band Target, a basic rough and ready set of US rockers far removed from the slick approach Jamison would later favour.
