Pretty Maids - 1987 Future World
'Future World' marked the entrance of Danish rockers Pretty Maids into the US market during 1987. Their brand of commercial metal competing in an already crowded marketplace..

Pretty Maids - 1990 Jump The Gun/Lethal Heroes
This was a much delayed album following a band members injury in a car accident. Pretty Maids finally released this album in 1990 following on from the awesome 'Future World' opus from 1987.

Pretty Maids - 1997 Spooked
Perhaps at the heavy end of the spectrum are the Pretty Maids, but I for one have always appreciated their brand of no nonsense melodic rock, not withstanding that they come from Denmark!

Pretty Maids - 2002 Planet Panic
Pretty Maids can still deliver a bundle of good songs on an album, and so it proves here..

Pretty Maids - 2006 Wake Up To The Real World
The music is not prime-time 80's era Pretty Maids. There is a modern vibe but nothing as blatant as some other bands out there who want to erase their 80's history and chart a new course through the 21st century..

Pretty Maids - 2010 Pandemonium
Even though the band took a four year vacation, they've come back with tsunami-like vengeance, and not since 'Sin Decade' have the band sounded so good.

Pretty Maids - 2013 Motherland
There are some good songs here, and Ronnie Atkins sounds in very good nick all round. As mentioned, I think 'Motherland' comes off lighter than 'Pandemonium', but where Pretty Maids are concerned, lighter just means another kind of heavy, and the difference can only be decided by fans and listeners.
